Products
A NOTO is a smart NFC tag linked to a web page you control. We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly. We may update products, pricing and features at any time.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
Using your NOTO
You're responsible for the content you link your NOTO to. You agree not to use NOTO for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend a link that breaches these terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep the link service running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and aren't liable for losses caused by downtime outside our control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
