Will it work with my customers’ phones?
Every iPhone from the XR onwards and nearly all Android phones from the last few years read NFC straight from the lock screen. Nothing to install.
What about older phones?
A small number of much older handsets cannot read NFC at all. In practice that is a shrinking share of customers, and everyone else taps and goes.
How do I tell you where it points?
After you order we send a short form asking for the link. We program the tag before it ships.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. Email us the new destination and the same tag starts opening it. No reprinting, no new tag.
Where does it stick?
Counters, tills, menus, phone cases and most clean flat surfaces. The face is a sealed epoxy dome, so it survives daily use.
