We want you to love your NOTO. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.
14-day right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you're a consumer buying online you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
If your NOTO arrives faulty, damaged or not working, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Personalised tags
Tags that have been custom-programmed or personalised specifically for you may be exempt from the standard right to cancel, except where they are faulty. We'll always help where we can.
How to start a return
Email workwithnoto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you the return details.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
